This article is about a men Patino,Trisha Oliver's boyfriend who was arrested for the murder of her son Marco Nieves.The police went through his phone and read text messages and they also went and searched his house without a warrant. Patino tries fighting the case saying that he's constitutional rights were violated according to the 4th amendment of the bill of rights. he also denies that he was the cause of the boy's death.

this relates to the article because in the picture we see the cops standing there listening in on her conversation (INVADING HER PRIVACY), but no one says anything about it because congress allows them to even though its unconstitutional.
